Thunderbird: Call back emails - how it works
An email is sent too soon. In this practical tip, we explain whether and how you can still call back under Thunderbird emails.
Thunderbird: Work in offline mode or cancel shipping
In general, emails cannot be retrieved if they are fully understood. However, there are a few options in Thunderbird to prevent the situation from happening that an email was incorrectly sent.
- In the menu bar click on "File", there on "Offline" and "Work Offline". This means that all messages are saved locally and are not initially sent
- As soon as you go online or click the "Retrieve" button in offline mode, the emails are then sent.
- You also often have the time to cancel an email while it is being sent.
- During the shipping process, click "Cancel" in good time and then click "OK".
