There are several ways to use Web.de customer service. If you are not a premium member, the service quickly becomes an expensive affair.
- FreeMail users: If you use the free e-mail offer, you can reach customer service by phone on 0900 193 2330. However, the call will cost you 3.99 euros, no matter how long the call lasts. In addition, the hotline can only be reached from the German landline.
- Web.de Club members: For German paying customers, +49 721 960 8040 is a German landline number. Here you pay the landline price that is usual for you. If the number is no longer current, log in here at Web.de and click on "the topic is not listed".
- Fax: Alternatively, you can also ask for help by fax to +49 0721 2391 196. This service is also only available for premium customers.
