Windows Server 2012: The new ReFS file system

A new file system was added in Windows Server 2012. Windows Server now supports the following systems:

• With the current Windows Server operating system (based on Windows 8), the new file system ReFS is also introduced.
• It complements the NTFS file system.
• ReFS was specially designed for data storage on file servers.
