How to change network order in Windows 7
- First open the "Control Panel" by clicking on the "Windows icon" in the lower left of the task bar and then on "Control Panel". Alternatively, enter "Control Panel" in the Windows search and confirm with [Enter].
- In the category view click on "Network and Internet".
- Then click on "Network and Sharing Center".
- In the overview, click on "Change adapter settings" on the left.
- Now press [Alt] to display the menu bar.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab in the menu bar and finally on "Advanced Settings ...".
- To change the order of network access, click once on the desired network connection and then on the green arrows to the right to change the position. The network connection that comes first is used first. The others follow in the respective order.
- Finally, confirm with "OK".
