The Witcher 3: cheats and tricks
Great adventures and challenges await you on every corner of The Witcher 3. With the right cheats and tricks you make your life as a witch a little easier. We'll show you how to cheat yourself forward in The Witcher 3.
The Wicher 3: Infinite money
There are no classic cheats for Witcher 3, but you can trick a little and make your life easier by getting tons of gold.
- Go to the dealer on Hierarchenplatz in Novigrad and buy all the shells you can wear. Make sure you keep at least a few coins, you'll need them right away.
- At the blacksmith next door you can now take the shells apart. That costs 8 coins per shell.
- You will receive one pearl per shell, which you can sell to the smith for 109 coins until he has run out of money.
- Meditate for five days now. After that, the smith should have 1, 000 coins in his wallet again. Mussels should also be available for purchase again.
- Repeat this process as long as you want. Note, however, that you cannot have more than 65, 535 coins with you. Anything above that can lead to mistakes and money loss.
- Note that it depends on your game version whether the trick works or not. If necessary, wait until you have accumulated enough gold before installing the updates.
The Witcher 3: change money
Even without an exploit, you can earn a few crowns out of nowhere. All you have to do is exchange the foreign currencies that you find regularly for crowns.
- If you find foreign currencies on your trip, they are sorted directly as scrap. But don't just throw them away!
- You can also turn this apparently unusable money into valuable crowns by changing it at Vivaldi's bank.
- You will also find this in Novigrad at Hierarchenplatz.
- Vivaldi changes the money quickly without asking where it comes from and, according to her own exhaustion, also has the best exchange rate in the city.
The Witcher 3: Light rewards in White Orchard
Side quests can be found all over the world and great rewards are waiting everywhere, but if you want to strengthen Geralt particularly easily, you should take a look at White Orchard.
- Numerous side quests can be completed quickly and still bring you nice generous rewards. So even if you want to focus on the main quest, you should take the time to do it.
- It is also worth exploring the area. A lot of treasures are waiting for you and although they are sometimes hidden in areas that do not appear on the map, you will find them with a little patience.
- Pay particular attention to the places of power that directly strengthen your character and give it more skill points.
