You can do this if your Zalando package does not arrive
The Zalando online shop sends its parcels within Germany with DHL, the parcel service of Deutsche Post.
- As soon as Zalando has got your package on the way, you will receive an email from the online shop. It tells you when your Zalando package was forwarded to DHL and when it is expected to arrive. The most important thing in this context is the package tracking number, which the online shop tells you in the mail.
- With this parcel tracking number, you can easily track the tow of your Zalando parcel online on the DHL tracking page.
- Sometimes you will receive the package number before it has been entered into the DHL system. In that case, wait a few hours before trying again.
- Occasionally it happens that the package has already been delivered to a neighbor who has not yet reached you. You can also check this using the tracking number on the DHL parcel tracking page.
- If parcel tracking by the parcel service does not help you, contact Zalando customer service. The service team will then do the research for you. You will then find out in a relatively short time whether you will receive the package soon.
