Adobe Flash Player: Disable automatic update
If you don't want Adobe Flash Player to perform automatic updates, you can deactivate them. We'll show you how to do it best.
Disable automatic updates with Adobe Flash Player
You can turn off Flash Player updates using the settings in the task scheduler library.
- Press the [Windows Key] + [R] to open the "Run" window.
- Tap the line "taskschd.msc" and click "OK".
- In the left column, go to "Task Scheduler Library".
- You will find it in the selection field "Adobe Flash Player Updater".
- Right click on "Status".
- Select "Disable" from the list.
- The updates are now deactivated. To switch it on again, set the status back to "Activate".
Issue updates during installation
