Android Wear: Uninstall apps - how it works
Uninstalling apps from Android Wear is unfortunately not yet possible without outside help or complicated inputs on the console. With the "Wear App Manager" app you can easily organize your apps on your Android Wear devices. You can find out exactly how in this article.
Android Wear: Uninstall apps with Wear App Manager
"Wear App Manager" runs on your smartphone, but allows you access to all programs of your Android Wear. If you want to uninstall an app, you can do it conveniently from your smartphone. And so it goes:
- Download "Wear App Manager" from the Google Play Store. You can find the download here.
- Open the app to see all programs on your connected Wear device. You can now install and uninstall any apps.
- But be careful: due to some Android restrictions, all apps that you uninstall on your Android Wear must also be deleted from your smartphone. So back up any data that is stored in the respective app beforehand.
