Here's how it works: Delayed emails on Mac
- First download and install the free "iCalMail" tool from the manufacturer's website.
- This tool connects the calendar with your Maverick's mail program.
- If you would like to send an email with a delay, start "iCal" and select an appointment. Then create a new event.
- Enter the subject of the mail as "Event Name". You can manage attachments under "Location", enter the recipient address under "Attendees". Write your text under "Notes Field" and enter your own email address in the "URL Field".
- Then close the application and your mail will be sent automatically at the specified time.
