Excel: Print pages in landscape format
You can print Excel documents not only in portrait format, but also in landscape format. We'll show you how.
Excel 2013 and 2010: Print pages in landscape format
- Open the desired Excel file and navigate to the "Print" option via the "File" menu item. Alternatively, you can also use the key combination "Ctrl" + "P".
- At the bottom of the settings, you can now switch directly from portrait to landscape.
- Click on the "Print" button above to start the process.
Excel 2007 and 2003: Print pages in landscape format
- Open the desired Excel file and navigate to the "Print" option using the "File" menu item or the Office button. Alternatively, you can also use the key combination "Ctrl" + "P".
- Click on the "Properties" button at the top right and then switch to the "Page" tab.
- You can select the landscape format under the "Orientation" category.
- If you close the two windows with "OK", the printing process is started.
