Please note: As with all mobile phone providers, the term of Mobilcom Debitel is two years. The notice period is three months.

• Write your phone number and customer number in the notice of termination. Use our Debitel termination template.
• The notice of termination must be sent to Mobilcom-Debitel Communikationstechnik GmbH, customer service, 99076 Erfurt. You will receive confirmation of termination within two weeks.
• You can also send the cancellation by fax. The number is 040 55 55 41 001.
