MS Office Word: Insert manual page break
If you want to continue writing on the next page after a paragraph in Word, you have to insert a manual page break. This guide shows how to do it.
Microsoft Word: insert page break
Insert a page break with the key combination [Ctrl] + [Enter].
- To insert a page break at the end of a text, place the cursor behind the last character and press [Ctrl] + [Enter]. Alternatively, you can add it via "Insert"> "Page break".
- To insert a page break within a text, click on the appropriate position and use the same key combination.
- You can view inserted page breaks by clicking the paragraph icon at the top of the Start menu.
- To remove a page break, place the cursor in front of the page break and press the [Del] key.
