The following text always appears for error code 100 in Netflix: "Unfortunately, the Netflix service could not be reached". Most of the time, outdated information or a faulty connection to the Internet are to blame for the error message. Therefore, to fix the problem, do the following:
- Turn off the affected device on which the error occurs (e.g. your Amazon Fire TV) and disconnect it from the power supply for about a minute. Then restart the device and try again to connect to Netflix.
- Also try to connect your device to another WiFi network or another hotspot. In the case of the hotspot, make sure that your credit can be used up quickly in this way.
