Delete Norton Account - Here's how

If you no longer use a Norton product, you can delete your account. We'll tell you how this works.

Have Norton Account deleted by email

• To delete the account, you have to request this by email. However, according to Norton Support, the deletion can then take three to four months.
• Norton Support was unfortunately not ready to provide us with this email address for publication. You will only receive this if you contact support in writing or by telephone. You can reach this under the following link after you have left your contact details.
• Ask for the email address and then send a message to it. The content of the letter should look something like this:
• "Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to request that my Norton account be deleted. Sincerely, Max Mustermann."
• Important: Use the email address you used to register the Norton account to send the message. Please also provide your postal address so that further queries can be dispensed with.
