- Call up the "Settings" on your Samsung Galaxy S7.
- Select the "Backup and reset" option.
- Tap "Reset factory settings".
- Start the reset with "Reset device" and confirm that you agree to the deletion of your data.

- Simultaneously press the "volume up button", the power button and the "home button". When the Samsung logo appears on the display, release the buttons.
